PRIVACY POLICY

How the Combat Ju-Jutsu Federation of Pakistan collects, processes, and protects athlete, club, and visitor personal information.

1. Information Collection & Purpose

The Combat Ju-Jutsu Federation of Pakistan collects necessary personal data when you apply for athlete licenses, club affiliation, referee accreditation, or submit inquiries. We minimize data collection to what is strictly required for tournament safety, age/weight division classification, and sports administration.

2. Protection of Minor Athlete Data

For athletes under 18 years of age, personal identification is collected only with the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Minor records are protected with heightened access controls and are never shared for commercial marketing.

3. Sharing with International Bodies

When athletes qualify for international competitions, verified licensing and eligibility data may be submitted to the Combat Ju-Jutsu International Federation (CJJIF) and the Asian Combat Ju-Jutsu Federation strictly for tournament entry and visa facilitation.

4. Contact & Data Access

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal records by contacting our Data Officer at [email protected].
